Open SSL Test Tool

Description of the control

Use this tool to check whether OpenSSL is available on the current system. It is a diagnostics check only and is intended to confirm whether the environment reports OpenSSL as available.

Procedure

  1. Open Posture Management.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Locate the Open SSL Test Tool card.
  4. Run the OpenSSL test using the action provided on the card.
  5. Review the returned result.

Validation

Confirm that the tool reports whether OpenSSL is available on the current system. The validation is successful when the result clearly indicates the system availability state returned by the test.
